Dr. Blair received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1980. She then went on to earn her doctorate from the University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health in 1986. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Bridgeport Hospital in 1990.

Specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Blair is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She began practicing with OB/GYN of Fairfield County in 1996.

Dr. Blair is fluent in both English and French.
