EDUCATION CLASSES
Instructor: Laurice Koos, RN
Classes rotate monthly in Fairfield or Stratford offices one
weekend per month from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Saturday/Sunday).
Classes provide total preparation for childbirth. This
includes stages of labor, labor comfort options (breathing and
relaxation techniques, pain management), cesarean section,
postpartum care and newborn care.

list of classes being offered at St. Vincent's Hospital &
Medical Center, and the Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport,
Ct. Some of the classes being offered are
Childbirth Preparation, Breastfeeding, Infant Massage as well as many more
informative classes for parents and family members.
